Case Description: Monica Drum homicide investigation

YCSD investigators traced the safe deposit key to a bank in Memphis, Tennessee. Detectives coordinated with Shelby County, Tennessee authorities to execute a search warrant.

I received the attached search warrant June 18, 2024, and have executed it as follows:

On June 18, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Coretta Marquez, branch manager.

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

• 003016-32: One (1) Last Will and Testament of Monica Drum
• 003016-33: One (1) handwritten note
  • Text of note: "You should be here when I come to talk to you! You know what happened to me wasn't fair! You should have treated me better because I deserve better! You'll pay for what you did to me! I'll make sure you get what you deserve!"
• 003016-34: One (1) USB thumb drive containing
  • 003016-34-01 through 003016-34-03: Three (3) photographs
  • 003016-34-04: Miscellaneous personal files including emails from witness Lori Schultz
• $10,000 in cash

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.
