I received the attached search warrant July 16, 2020, and have executed it as follows:

On July 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Stacy Beecher, property owner.

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

Residence

• 003419-23: One (1) pair of men's athletic shoes, white, size 11
• 003419-24: One (1) men's long-sleeved polyester/cotton shirt, red with dark stains
• 003419-25: One (1) men's short-sleeved cotton knit t-shirt, grey with reddish-brown stains
• 003419-26: One (1) men's short-sleeved cotton knit t-shirt, white with reddish-brown stains
• 003419-27: One (1) pair of men's denim pants, blue with dark stains

Biological Samples

• 003419-28 through 003419-29: Two (2) hair samples from Joey Beecher
• 003419-30 through 003419-31: Two (2) blood samples from Joey Beecher
• 003419-32 through 003419-33: Two (2) standard fingerprint cards with full fingerprint sets from Joey Beecher

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.

To Detective Sam Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Sam Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

1172 Magnolia Cove, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, two-story single-family home, shown by public record as owned by Joseph and Stacy Beecher;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Men's athletic shoes, size 8-11; clothing, shoes or other items with apparent bloodstains; U.S. paper currency totaling up to $15,000.00 with serial numbers matching those detailed in Appendix A;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before July 26, 2020 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
