    • Cloth has been identified as sueded leather consistent with the type used in work gloves.

  • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the magazine of the weapon.

004144-09 through 004144-65: Fifty-seven (57) Budweiser^® beer bottles, empty

• Fingerprints:
  • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Edward Dooley were observed on three (3) bottles.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on eight (8) bottles.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on seven (7) bottles.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Charles Laughlin were observed on six (6) bottles.
  • Unidentified fingerprints were observed on nine (9) bottles.

004144-66: One (1) 750-ml Jack Daniels bourbon whiskey bottle, empty

• Fingerprints:
  • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Edward Dooley were observed on the neck of the bottle.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Cynthia Fine were observed on the body of the bottle.
  • Unidentified fingerprints were observed on the neck and body of the bottle.

004144-67: One (1) 20-count box, .45 ACP Federal 230gr Hydra-Shok JHP ammunition, 4 rounds remaining

• Findings:
  • The four (4) rounds remaining in the box are consistent with the five (5) rounds found in the weapon recovered with the body (Ev. # 004144-02).
  • The four (4) rounds remaining in the box are consistent with the three (3) casings recovered with the body (Ev. # 004144-B01 through 004144-B03).
  • The four (4) rounds remaining in the box are consistent with the three (3) rounds recovered during autopsy (Ev. # 004144-B04 through 004144-B06).
• Fingerprints:
  • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the exterior of the box.

004144-68: One (1) 10-count box, 12-gauge Remington shotgun shells, #4 shot, 2 shells remaining

• Fingerprints:
  • Fingerprints consistent with Andrew Fine were observed and have been excluded.
  • Fingerprints consistent with Carl Fine were observed on the exterior of the box and on the shells inside the box.
