CRIMINAL ARREST WARRANT

To any Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff, Constable, Marshal, or other peace officer of this State:

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED, To arrest the above-named Defendant and bring him forthwith before the nearest available magistrate or other Judicial Officer of this State, to answer a charge brought by the prosecutor in the attached affidavit, charging him with an offense of felony murder in the first degree against the person of Robert Alfred Pruitt and against the person of Wayne Fisher on or about October 10 in the City of Oxford County of Yoknapatawpha. Herein fail not.

AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me the undersigned Prosecutor, Calvin Dollarhide, Esq., who on oath says that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the above listed accused, between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. on the 10th of October did commit the offense of Murder, in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, against Robert Alfred Pruitt, victim, against Wayne Fisher, victim, and against the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Prosecutor makes this Affidavit in order that a criminal warrant may issue for Accused's arrest.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 22nd day of October.
