I received the attached search warrant October 21, 2023, and have executed it as follows:

On October 22, 2023, at 11:45 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Kenny Ross, property lessee.

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

• 005299-71: One (1) Zxher 1TB flash drive on a keyring with one (1) key
  Contents:
  • 005299-71-01 to 005299-71-25: Twenty-five (25) still photos, in JPG format, of Shiloh Bates in the Under Glass house, in various stages of dress
  • 005299-71-26: One (1) video clip, in MPEG-4 format, depicting Shiloh Bates and Grant Hooper engaged in explicit sexual activity in a shower
• 005299-72: One (1) Under Glass advertisement poster, depicting Tanya Ryder
• 005299-73 to 75: Three (3) Under Glass advertisement posters, depicting Shiloh Bates, autographed
• 005299-76: One (1) cropped and printed photo depicting Shiloh Bates and Kenny Ross
  Note: Digital photo 005299-71-07 is consistent with this physical photo 005299-76, but the digital version also includes Wyatt Yancey
• 005299-77: One (1) wooden-handled, leather jumping rope, New Fashion brand

To Detective Paul Beckwith and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Paul Beckwith

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

805 College Hill Road, Oxford, MS, which is a one-bedroom apartment, leased to and occupied by Kenny Ross; a silver 2006 Honda Civic DX sedan, Mississippi license tag # LSF 546, VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, registered to Kenny Ross;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

internal and external data storage devices; wooden rods or handles approximately 3.5 cm in diameter; 1.5 mm stainless steel cable; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Under Glass; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Hoyt Biffle;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before October 31, 2023 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
