I received the attached search warrant October 23, 2023, and have executed it as follows:

On October 24, 2023, at 7:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with June Puckett, property co-owner.

Desk in Residence Study

• 005299-78: One (1) cell phone, passcode protected, registered to Alden Puckett
• 005299-79: One (1) drawer security safe, .27 cubic feet
  Contents:
  • 00529979-01: One (1) VISA credit card issued to Alden Puckett, expiration 04/2025
  • 005299-79-02 to 23: Twenty-two (22) credit card statements for VISA card (00529902a), listing various medical charges
  • 005299-79-24: One (1) men's wristwatch, Bulova Precisionist brand
• 005299-80 to 81: Two (2) prescription medication bottles, both labeled Strattera atomoxetine, 30 capsules, sealed, prescribed to Alden Puckett

Kitchen

• 005299-82: One (1) French rolling pin, 18 inch

Primary Bedroom

• 005299-83: One (1) photo album depicting Alden Puckett, June Puckett, Hoyt Biffle, and Birdie Tarver on vacation in Orange Beach, Alabama
• 005299-84: One (1) deck of playing cards in the box, which is inscribed with black marker, "Winning isn’t everything. -Hoyt"

Garage

• 005299-85 to 86: Two (2) wooden dowels, hemlock, 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ x 60 inches
• 005299-87: One (1) wooden dowel, hemlock, 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ x 51 inches
• 005299-88 to 90: Three (3) samples of sawdust collected from lathe

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.

To Detective Paul Beckwith and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Paul Beckwith

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

240 Colonial Road, Oxford, MS, which is a free-standing, two-story, single-family home with attached garage, shown by public record as owned by Alden Puckett and June Puckett;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

internal and external data storage devices; wooden rods or handles approximately 3.5 cm in diameter; 1.5 mm stainless steel cable; medications or other treatments associated with Legius syndrome; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Under Glass; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Hoyt Biffle;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before November 2, 2023 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
