Time of death was between 8:00 and 10:00 pm

Some other helpful things to remember is the victims clothes she was wearing and any signs of forced entry.

Good luck to my fellow criminal Investigators in training

The fact of her feet was touching the ground with her knees slightly bent tells me it’s not suicide. Even someone who willfully wants to take there own life couldn’t go through with it if they could touch the ground. Our survival instincts would kick in and our feet would automatically touch the ground.

That was my immediate thought, Basic Human Survival Instinct would automatically take over. She wouldn't of been able to hang herself in this manner. I also think there is significance to how the know was tied. She was in clothes and a state of undress that suggests she was in just relaxing for the night.

Time of death would of been very late Saturday evening, I'm guessing maybe after 11:00 so the body was still fresh enough but had plenty of time to drop in temperature and have body start to decay in skin and eyes. Feet touching the floor and knees bent mean there was not enough height to strangle herself with, and would of been able to survive it from survival instinct. Plus there was still lots of length left in the belt when she was hanged because of the height different in the crossbar and the victim. In the interview with Michelle, notice how fluent her body movement is. She smiles when speaking about finding Kristi dead. When asked about boyfriends, she seems to doubt herself a lot, yet still fluent in movement. When asked about their relationship, she suddenly becomes stiff and more remorseful, staring at the ground, almost filled with shame when saying "she was like a sister". I'm also suspecting there may of been some involvement with Rob, Michelle's boyfriend, with the victim. As for Dewey, I'm thinking he didn't commit any actions of murder, seems incapable of doing so because of his inability to think of such a plan. His story sounds lacking, therefore I can't see him coming up with a fool proof murder plan. I would like to see an interview or collect some more information on Hunter and Rob, maybe a couple other of her students that she may of known well.
