Seems someone may have been in the home waiting for her and hit her in the back of the head causing her tumble down the stairs. Gotta read more interviews and evidence.

I agree totally with the comments above that the prime suspect had to know her attacker.

R/Is observed a lighted, wall-mounted lamp opposite the front door, adjacent to the entrance to the kitchen. In the living room area to the left of the front door, R/Is observed a set of keys on the coffee table , only lite on in the house deceased for 10-12 hours, its eleven a.m., i dont think so she never left the house, why was she at the bottom of the stairs in the dark, then, she was placed there, was she really seen out at the gallery, cell phone was on counter, keys on table, bottom of staircase, she would have had more lights on, I dont think she left the house, what time is daylite, she was seen at 930, then why are all teh lights out????

for her body to be on the floor and her feet to be on the bottom step she must have been on the bottom step going up and hit in the back of the head and fell back or she was going up and met by her killer and knocked down and slid down the stairs...

Briefcase...was Kimberly going through files and placing them on the floor or did someone else go through the briefcase placing files on the floor until they found what they wanted?

Shoe? Was it found at the residence? If not, why would it have been removed?

Weapon? Was it found after a more comprehensive search? If not, why would it be taken? Possible DNA evidence left by killer? Did killer leave the scene forgetful he/she still had the weapon? Maybe they threw it away in a nearby location or took it with them to dispose of later. If they took it with them did they leave in their own vehicle?

Autopsy will be useful to help identify possible weapon which caused the blunt trauma or whether it was the result of a fall (or push?) down the stairs.

I'm looking forward to interviews with her students, faculty and estranged boyfriend!
