I received the attached search warrant October 23, 2023, and have executed it as follows:

On October 24, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Birdie Tarver, property lessee.

Utility Room

  • 005299-91: One (1) spool 15 gauge silver wire, found in cabinet above dryer
  • 005299-92 through 95: Four (4) 1” x 12” wood dowels, found in cabinet above dryer
  • 005299-96: through 97: Two (2) 1” x 12” wood dowels, each with a hole drilled at one end, connected by 2.5 feet of knotted cord, found between the wall and the washing machine

Living Room

  • 005299-98: One (1) laptop computer, 128 GB storage, S/N XXXXXXX

Primary Bedroom

  • 005299-99: One (1) 32GB tablet, 32 GB storage, S/N XXXXXXXXXXX
  • 005299-100: One (1) 30-capsule prescription medication bottle, labeled Strattera atomoxetine, 25 capsules remaining, prescribed to Harrison Tarver

Garage

  • 005299-101: One (1) 54” wood mop handle

To Detective Paul Beckwith and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Paul Beckwith

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

1110 Scarlett Drive, Oxford, MS, which is a free-standing, one-story, single-family home with carport, leased to and occupied by Birdie Tarver;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

internal and external data storage devices; wooden rods or handles approximately 3.5 cm in diameter; 1.5 mm stainless steel cable; medications or other treatments associated with Legius syndrome; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness Under Glass; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Hoyt Biffle;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before November 2, 2023 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
