I received the attached search warrant August 30, 2018, and have executed it as follows:

On August 30, 2018, at 3:45 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Phyllis Guyton, property co-owner.

  • 004343-09: One (1) team photograph of the Yoknapatawpha High School cheer squad dated 2017-2018 with one cheerleader's face blacked out
  • 004343-10: One (1) team photograph of the Yoknapatawpha High School cheer squad dated 2016-2017 with one cheerleader's face blacked out
  • 004343-11: One (1) team photograph of the Yoknapatawpha High School cheer squad dated 2015-2016 with one cheerleader's face blacked out
  • 004343-12 and 004343-13: Two (2) blond hairs, 2 cm
  • 004343-14: One (1) lip color, shade: scarlet

  • 004343-15 and 004343-16: Two (2) steel rods, 3/8-inch x 36 inches

To Detective Ted Armstrong and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Ted Armstrong

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

211 Lincoln, Oxford, MS which is a gray, two-story, single family home with attached two-car garage and curtilage, shown by public record as co-owned by Robert and Phyllis Guyton;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Yoknapatawpha High School cheerleading uniform(s); any blunt instrument approximately 1 cm in diameter with rounded edges and a smooth face; documents mentioning Katherine Irene "Katy" Brown; photographs showing Katherine Irene "Katy" Brown; hair samples from Leonberger dogs; blond or light-colored hairs approximately 2 cm in length consistent with Leonberger dog hair; scarlet shade lip color;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before September 10, 2018 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
