On January 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with on premises.

Case Number: 000229-12A-2018
To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
142 Colonial Road, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, single-story single-family home, shown by public record as owned by George O'Connor and Veronica Smith;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
men's right shoe with bar sole pattern, size 10-12; white oval or oblong tablets; tablets identified as hydrocodone/acetaminophen, Lorcet, Lortab, Norco or Vicodin; ketamine in powder or liquid form; Samsung SGH-t105g cellular phone; plastic bags, white, 17" x 18", .5 mil linear low density polyethylene with perforated edge; HP Color LaserJET 2680 printer;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before February 2, 2018 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
