Devlin’s letter from Franklin Enterprises is at the Dixon home and Carl has spoken to an attorney about it - Not sure which Dixon obtained it from Devlin’s home. Had to be from his home if the deal was being kept from Carl. Devlin wouldn’t have had it sent to Home Plate.
Carl had Devlin and Kat under surveillance - waiting to see what’s on the video. I’m sure the detectives will interview the PI also.

Re-read Kat’s interview. She admitted seeing the letter from Jackson Enterprises, but said Devlin threw it in the trash and when she went back for it, the trash was gone.Either she’s lying or Carl got the letter out of Devlin’s trash.
