They call it a blood "trail". Is there evidence that she was dragged? Did she stumble into the closet trying to get away?

DNA from vomit may match the killer.

Which way is the trail going? Does it lead into the room or out of it? It sounds like the struggle occurred inside the room, and the blood trail may be from carrying the murder weapon out of the room. Could a trophy have made a penetrating wound?

I'm pretty sure someone got her drunk, which would explain the vomit, hit her in the back of the head, and then dragged her body into the closet. Could it have been another pageant competitor who was jealous?
