So, after preliminary evidence analysis, i strongly hold that Brenda has arisen as prime suspect. Her shopping being found beneath the body (remember she went to run errands, thats why she had card on herself which drop during disposal of body), and blood type being A+ which could indicate familiar relationship between Jasmine and her killer.

Yeah her mom totally did it. Now I'm going to add to my theory of motive that she thought Jasmine might have been pregnant. She might be the one who was watching Chris's house as well, but I think that this also would explain why Jasmine was being so secretive and why she wanted to get her own place.
