I received the attached search warrant January 6, 2034 and have executed it as follows:

On January 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Yvonne Boyd.

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

Residence: Garage

  • 000046-12: One (1) plain blue cardboard shoe box, containing items labeled 000046-13 through 000046-16.

  • 000046-13: One (1) 2-inch by 2-inch square of white paper with ragged edges, spattered with brownish spots.

  • 000046-14 through 000046-15: Two (2) strands of brown hair.

  • 000046-16: One (1) brown envelope with Yoknapatawpha County Conference Center logo, dirty and torn with return address missing and with brownish smears inside

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

1509 Smallwood Drive, a two-story, three-bedroom, single-family home shown by public record as owned by Taylor and Yvonne Boyd;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Knives with 114mm serrated blades similar in appearance to Plunk Case Evidence Item 000046-11 recovered from the Yoknapatawpha County Conference Center staff lounge; white jumpsuit with rhinestones; brunette or black horsehair wig; correspondence allegedly written by Elvis Presley;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before January 16, 2024 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
