FINDINGS:

Time Event
8:00 a.m. Shift start.
8:24 a.m. Internal Affairs officers Anna Calhoun and Sonny Harof arrive at scene, enter residence.
9:45 a.m. Edith McElroy departed her residence at 107-A Combs Street.
10:47 a.m. Edith McElroy returned to her residence at 107-A Combs Street.
11:48 a.m. Unidentified white female, later identified as Marion Sanders, approached residence. We detained her and notified the assigned detectives, Sam Murphy and Ted Armstrong.
11:57 a.m. Detectives Armstrong and Murphy arrived at the scene.
12:04 p.m. Detectives Armstrong and Murphy left the scene. Custody of Marion Sanders was transferred to the detectives. Surveillance resumed.
2:10 p.m. Postal worker delivered mail to 107-A and 107-B Combs Street.
2:17 p.m. Internal Affairs Detective Anna Calhoun collected mail delivered to 107-B Combs Street.
3:00 p.m. Surveillance terminated; relieved by 3-11 shift personnel.
