Case Description: Wendy Holloway homicide investigation
INVESTIGATION STATUS REPORT SUMMARY
All detailed reports on file.
Detectives Armstrong and Murphy traveled to Memphis to re-interview Peter Pane and talk to his live-in girlfriend, Amanda Hansen.
Detective Armstrong spoke with Ms. Hansen while Detective Murphy spoke with Mr. Pane.
The detectives will contact the Shelby County, Tennessee Sheriff's Department to coordinate obtaining and executing a search warrant on the Pane/Hansen residence.
In cooperation with the Shelby County (TN) Sheriff's Department, Detectives Armstrong and Murphy executed a search warrant on the Pane/Hansen residence at 4888 Gill Road in Memphis, TN.
Evidence collected was transferred to the Crime Lab for rush analysis.
Detectives Armstrong and Murphy took the set of keys (001838-220) taken into evidence from the Pane/Hansen residence to Wendy Holloway's former residence at 728 Shady Oaks Circle.
Keys on that keyring successfully unlocked the residence's entry door and unlocked and started the BMW vehicle registered to Wendy Holloway.
Detective Murphy paid an unannounced visit to Blake Stillwater at his residence in an effort to get him to be more forthcoming about his relationship with Wendy Holloway.
Mr. Stillwater was cooperative while the discussion focused on Ms. Holloway and her relationships, but when the topic changed to his family, he ended the interview.
At approximately 2:30 p.m., Detective Murphy received a call from local attorney George Bottoms.
Mr. Bottoms said his client would like to come forward with information about the Wendy Holloway homicide. However, first, they wanted to make a deal concerning potential prosecution for any minor involvement she may have had. Mr. Bottoms identified his client as Jennifer Lynn Sadlier of Seattle, WA.
Detective Murphy contacted Assistant District Attorney Calvin Dollarhide to represent the prosecutors' office in the negotiations.
Pane call records investigation
Detectives Armstrong and Murphy contacted the companies that appeared in Peter Pane's call records to get more information about their relationships with him.
In most cases, voice mail messages were left.
Follow-up will continue until all avenues of investigation are exhausted.
