To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
238 Highway 6 West, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, two-story home with attached garage and detached guest house, shown by public record as owned by Blake A. Stillwater and Eugenia C. Stillwater;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
Documents, photographs or other materials showing a connection between the victim, Wendy Pane Holloway, and Blake Stillwater and/or Eugenia Stillwater, and/or Philip Stillwater; documents, photographs or other materials confirming or refuting the alibis given by the aforementioned Stillwaters for the night of Apil 15, 2022, and the early morning of April 16, 2022,; items fitting the coroner's description of the weapon used to cause the death of Wendy Pane Holloway, namely a 2-inch by 4-inch board of any length or similar items; clothing matching witnesses' description of clothing worn by Philip Stillwater on the night of April 15, 2022, namely khaki or tan slacks and short-sleeved button-down shirt; clothing or other items with possible bloodstains; documents or other materials related to Wendy Pane Holloway's employment and/or work product for Blake Stillwater; USB flash drives; laptop computer.
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before May 8, 2022 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
