- Alex Moorehead
Detective Parker: Hello, Mr. Moorehead. Can we ask you a few questions?
Alex Moorehead: Sure.
Detective Parker: Would you please state your name and address for the record?
Alex Moorehead: Sure. Alex Moorehead, 600 McElroy Drive, Oxford, Mississippi.
Detective Parker: What is the nature of your relationship with Donna Sowa?
Alex Moorehead: We've been dating for about a year and a half now. Wait, is this about that agent that was murdered? Donna told me about that. You don't think she did it?
Detective Parker: We need to check out all possibilities. We're just following up on Ms. Sowa's alibi for Saturday night.
Alex Moorehead: Well, I was with Donna that entire night. I picked her up from her place at 6:30 p.m., and we went to Proud Larry's for pizza and drinks with Donna's brother Mark, his girlfriend and some other people. All of us left the restaurant at around 8:00 p.m. and went back to Donna's to play some cards. They left after midnight.
Detective Parker: And what time did you leave?
Alex Moorehead: The next morning, I guess around 10:00 a.m.
Detective Murphy: And do you know where Donna went then?
Alex Moorehead: I don't think she went anywhere. She said she was going to stay home, do laundry, hang out.
Detective Parker: All right. Thank you for your help, Mr. Moorehead.
Mark Sowa
Mark Sowa is Donna Sowa's brother.
Participants:

- Mark Sowa
Detective Parker: Hi, Mr. Sowa. Would you please state your name and address for the record?
Mark Sowa: Mark Sowa, 1903 Anderson Road, Oxford, Mississippi. Will this take long? I'm kind of in a hurry.
Detective Parker: Plans tonight?
Mark Sowa: Catching a movie with the girlfriend.
Detective Parker: Just a couple of quick questions. Were you with your sister on Saturday night?
Mark Sowa: Let's see, I usually meet Leah, my girlfriend, on weekends. That night we met Donna, her boyfriend, Alex, and another couple at Proud Larry's. Then we all went to play cards at Donna's place. It's rare for Donna to invite us over, neat freak that she is.
Detective Murphy: What time did you arrive at Proud Larry's?
Mark Sowa: 6:30 p.m., if I recall correctly.
Detective Murphy: What time did you go to do Ms. Sowa's?
Mark Sowa: Around 8:00 p.m.
Detective Murphy: And what time did you and Leah leave Ms. Sowa's?
Mark Sowa: We all stayed until midnight. Wait a minute. Is Donna in trouble? My sister might be OCD, but she's the most harmless person I know.
Detective Parker: No need to worry, Mr. Sowa. Thank you for your time.

Jenny Bright: Jenny Bright, 101 Creekmore Boulevard, Oxford, Mississippi, waitress.
Detective Parker: How long have you been working at Proud Larry's?
Jenny Bright: A little over two years now.
Detective Parker: Do you work here full time?
Jenny Bright: Oh, no, I'm only here Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights. I'm still a full-time student at Ole Miss. This job is just for some extra spending money.
Detective Murphy: Were you working this past Saturday night?
Jenny Bright: Yes.
Detective Murphy: Do you remember serving three couples together? They would've been fairly young, in their late 20s.
Jenny Bright: We get a lot of couples here. Do you have a picture of any of them?
Detective Parker: This is a picture of Donna Sowa. Does she look familiar?
Jenny Bright: Yeah, I think so. She came in with her boyfriend and two other couples. They were sitting right there in that corner booth.
Detective Murphy: What time did they arrive?
Jenny Bright: 6:00, 6:30 p.m.? In time for the dinner rush.
Detective Murphy: Do you know what time they left?
Jenny Bright: Around 8:00 p.m. I remember because they left the table nearly spotless. Easiest tip I've ever made.
Detective Parker: Did all of them leave together?
Jenny Bright: I believe so.
Detective Murphy: That'll be all, Ms. Bright. We appreciate your help.
