I received the attached search warrant November 17, 2017 and have executed it as follows:

On November 17, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with on premises.

 

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

  • 003652-24: One (1) t-shirt, white cotton, size M, with reddish-brown stains
  • 003652-25: One (1) handwritten schedule of Kimberly Pace's daily activities
  • 003652-26: One (1) shoe box, cardboard
    Contents:
    • 003652-26-01 through 003652-26-12: Twelve (12) photographs of Kimberly Pace
    • 003652-26-13 through 003652-26-16: Four (4) handwritten notes signed by Kimberly Pace
  • 003652-27: One (1) composition notebook
    Contents: Handwritten notes documenting the writer's encounters with and observations of Kimberly Pace

Only reddish-brown stains on his t-shirt. He is not the killer. If he had hit Kimberly, blood would have been found on his pants and his shoes.
