Where is the pregnancy test? They only found the empty box. Tire tracks only 3" wide suggest motorcycle?? Only 10 Lorazopam? That's weird. If she was pregnant, was she planning an abortion??....the cash saved up in a box of feminine pads,...

$1400.00 in cash... what is the going rate for buying grades from a teacher???? As for the tire tracks... they could be old tracks left from Paul Evans bike??? I sure like to get an interview with Paul Evans.

She must have just recently performed the pregnancy test if the box was still in the trash.

Perhaps she was saving the cash to get an abortion. She was so uncertain about her boyfriend, she may not have wanted to have a baby yet.

The light bulb unscrewed sounds kind of fishy. I hope there were prints taken from the bulb by forensics.

This girl is true blue she didnt cheat on her boyfriend its all heresay, look at the evidence, the file folders, all her stuff organized, the pregnancy test, the fact her prescription was only 10 pillls tells me she had a a problem to get over and thats it, pregnancy and or abortion, but she strikes me as the type that would want a child at her age, 35, not married, hiding money in a pad box under sink, that tells me she dont get too much traffic in her house, unless that was a temporary hiding place for the procedure money, she didnt want her boyfriend to know about, or someone else that perhaps knew she had the cash, and didnt feel comfortable about it.,

Hmmm...lightbulb not properly screwed in above the stairwell - surely a classic set up to make a trip or push easier.

Also the vomit just outside the house is interesting too. Could be her own if she was suffering from morning sickness or a reaction to medication, alternatively, it's possible it belongs to whomever is responsible for her death. It's feasible that throwing up could be a reaction to having just 'done the deed'.

So Lorazepam is used primarily for short term treatment of anxiety, a visit to her Doctor would seem the next probable step to try and find out the causes of her anxiety - whether it yields any info from the Doc is another matter as he may not want to co-operate with the Police...

Are those tracks really from a motorbike?

Freeride and downhill bikes, which are meant to withstand the abuse of drops, rock gardens and more, are equipped with tires ranging from 2.5" to 3.0" in width. No one was really disturbed by a motorbike either except Linda Alden. She claims to have heard a motorbike at 11 pm and seen who she presumed to be Kimberley's exboyfriend Paul. Death of Kimberly has been estimated from 11 pm till 1 am on Sunday morning. Paul only stayed a few minutes without leaving his loud bike it seems. Any motorbike surely would have made too much noise. We need to find out what type of bike that boy Jacob Hunter rides, as well as check out if Patrick Richard's owns such a bike. He could be the college boy who has been "stalking" Kimberly, in my opinion.

There is also bike parked at the front of residence as well. (see Crime Scene Photos), possibly Kimberly's.

(A lot of pregnant woman don't have morning sickness and vomit, by the way) She wasn't pregnant - see the autopsy report under "Evidence" for that. The money must have another reason.

Arthur Beck stated that the last time he saw Paul Evans, he saw him through things into the back of his truck and drive off. This could be a match for the tire tracks. However, Mr. Evans stated that it wasnt uncommon for him to stop by and pick up things for his show. I want to know if they were able to run the vomit samples found in the back yard?

How can they possibly be a match for the tire tracks of a van, truck or even a motorcycle? The tracks were found south and south east of Kimberly's home and they are 3 inches wide!

Someone suggested a wheelbarrow or a wheelchair being used to move Kimberley's body but it seems more likely to me that the murder happened indoors - no other evidence in bark yard to suggest a struggle took place there.

There is no evidence for a severe blow to the head or struggle, either in the back yard, nor in the house. Because of this I postualte she was killed somewhere else. Had she been killed in the house, where is the evidence? If the body had to be transported over a longer strech, a wheelbarrow would make sense, I guess. Granted, we don't know if these could be tracks from Paul just moving his art from a to b. I thought he would have loaded his stuff at the front of the house, not the back.
