I received the attached search warrant March 19, 2018 and have executed it as follows:

On March 20, 2018 at 8:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Julie Arbuckle, property owner.

 

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

  • 001273-55: One (1) 750-ml bottle Southern Comfort 100, approximately 200 ml remaining

  • 001273-56: One (1) 32-ounce jar Catfish moonshine, approximately 31 ounces remaining

  • 001273-57: One (1) 16-ounce bottle rubbing alcohol, approximately 5 ounces remaining

It seems a little odd that the amount of moonshine and rubbing alcohol missing from the containers exactly matches the amount of fluid that Garret's flask can hold. Just saying.

I'm not sure, a local liquor store around here carries legal moonshine I'll run an experiment this weekend to find out.
