I thought you said Birdie didn't have a snowball's chance in hell that she'd be able to sue me and win. That she wouldn't even try! Well, you'd be wrong, my friend, because I'm holding a summons here that I just got by certified mail. That b***h has set up a hearing for October 25 in which it looks like the court will "ascertain my assets."
Now that I stopped paying child support, are they going to ascertain my assets to reassess the amount of money I pay for child support? Or are they just saying this to scare the bejesus out of me? (because it's working)
What do you think we should do to fix this? I don't want to restart my child support payments because I'm certain now that Harrison isn't my kid since I know who his father is. But I also don't want some judge up in my business, poking around in the books at Under Glass.
DAMN TOM, I PAY YOU SO I DON'T END UP IN S**T LIKE THIS. Figure it out by the 25th. If I'm in court on that date, it'll be with a different lawyer.
