On July 15, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Carol Fitch.

  • 002179-18: One (1) handbag with possible gunshot residue inside

  • 002179-19: One (1) full set of fingerprint exemplars for Carol Fitch

I won't be surprised if the detectives put hand cuffs on Carol Fitch and Jill Osborne. That's just my opinion.
