I just Googled Chevy Tahoe and it is a SUV. I wonder what colour it is.??
According to Officer Wilkins he said it was a dark late model SUV.
It would not surprise me if the killer was Chas Laughlin.

This Chas Laughlin is a bad egg if ever there was one. He's as corrupt as they come, and his bad behaviour goes back to his childhood. From what I have read of him he certainly isn't into acting in an honest manner. And Andy is just as bad, so it is quite possible that Andy was treatening Chas to get extra money. This Andy and Chas, is just like the corrupt and dishonest activities of Richard and Jerry.
