I received the attached search warrant October 17, 2018, and have executed it as follows:
On October 17, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Weldon Foyle, property lessee.
INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT
- 005191-56: One (1) leather duffel bag, black
- 005191-57: One (1) men's cotton t-shirt, blue with dark-colored stains, size XL
- 005191-58 and 005191-59: Two (2) blood samples from Weldon Foyle
- 005191-60 and 005191-61: Two (2) hair samples from Weldon Foyle

To Detective Ted Armstrong and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Ted Armstrong
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
604 North 14th Street, Apartment B, Oxford, MS which is a one-bedroom basement apartment with private entrance, leased to and occupied by Weldon Foyle; a black 2012 Honda Civic automobile, Mississippi license tag # DIC 404, owned by Weldon Foyle;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
men's blue shirt or blue button-down shirt; men's khaki trousers; baseball cap with Greek letters; dark blue or black duffel bag or "gym bag"; lengths of fabric or like items times consistent with a soft ligature; Trojan brand lubricated latex condoms; queen size bed linens including bed sheets, bedspreads, and standard size pillowcases; photographs depicting Kristi Waterson; documents regarding Kristi Waterson;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before October 27, 2018 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
