Alibi: In his first interview, Beck said he fell asleep watching the news on TV and that he awoke around 1:30 a.m. to go to bed. In his second interview, Beck added that he worked in his backyard garden after dark with a light on before watching TV.

Not sure why that is subject to further confirmation, on the neighborhood canvass it says ' He did see neighbor Arthur Beck out in his backyard at approximately 9:00 p.m'.

Hmm did Mathews pay for the pizza order or did he pay by card when arriving to pick it up? If so he could've gone to the redbox place, then to the pizza den for 10:07?

I need to know about distance between Carter Nichols's fraternity party venue & Kimberly's home ?
