I received the attached search warrant September 7, 2017 and have executed it as follows:

On September 7, 2017 at 2:35 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Albert Plum.

 

INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT

  • 002641-54: One (1) spool of sisal twine, found in storage closet

  • 002641-55: One (1) pair men's brown boat shoes with dark stains, found in master bedroom closet

  • 002641-56: One (1) 50-count box Husky 42-gallon contractor bags, 34 remaining, found in vehicle

  • 002641-57 One (1) full set of fingerprint exemplars for Albert Plum

  • 002641-58 through 59: Two (2) hair samples from Albert Plum

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

2282 Haley Street, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, single-story, single-family home, shown by public record as owned by Albert Plum; a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country minivan, white, (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) registered to Albert Plum;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

Articles of clothing, footwear or other items with possible bloodstains; 42-gallon trash bags made of 3-mil heavy duty black plastic measuring 32.75 inches x 45.125 inches; natural sisal twine; brown Kraft paper; white cotton/polyester bath towels measuring 24 inches x 50 inches; white cotton/polyester hand towels measuring 16 inches x 27 inches; white cotton/polyester wash cloths measuring 12 inches x 12 inches; an electroshock weapon; a human head severed at #C-5; one human right hand severed at the radiocarpal joint; one human left hand severed at the radiocarpal joint, missing thumb;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before September 17, 2017 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
