REPORTING OFFICER'S NARRATIVE(Brief narrative of the facts surrounding the offense and the arrest.)
After obtaining an arrest warrant for Raymond Maurice Jennings (Person 1), Reporting Investigators (R/Is) Detective S. Murphy and Detective E. Parker took Raymond Jennings into custody for the murder of Victor Jennings on February 25.
R/Is entered Ray's Restaurant at 2572 Jackson Avenue W at 10:07 a.m. and observed Raymond Jennings in the dining area. R/Is approached Jennings, advised him of his rights, and arrested him without incident. After being taken into custody, Jennings was immediately transported to YCSD headquarters for booking.
