To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.
Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy
who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
2584 College Hill Road, Oxford, Mississippi, which is a single-family, one-story residence leased to and occupied by Ned Harold Fisher; Ford pickup truck VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX registered to Ned Harold Fisher;
in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
a firearm capable of discharging a .38 caliber projectile or similar calibers; ammunition of .38 or similar caliber; clothing, shoes, or other items of apparel containing blood spatter or stains; clothing, shoes, or other items of apparel contain gunshot residue or trace evidence thereof; keys or other items for entering the Robert Pruitt residence; any other items pertaining to the crime of murder;
and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before October 27 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
