On October 18 at 8:00 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Richard Alonzo Gill.

• 005324-22: One (1) men's athletic shoes, white, size 9, with reddish-brown spatters

• 005324-23: One (1) repair manual, Remington M51 pistol
• 005324-24: One (1) user's manual, Remington M51 pistol
• 005324-25: One (1) metal box, approx. 12" x 8" x 5"
  Contents:
  • 005324-25-001: One (1) container of gun cleaning solvent
  • 005324-25-002 through 005324-25-005: Four (4) small screwdrivers
  • 005324-25-006 through 005324-25-008: Three (3) metal serrated files
  • 005324-25-009: One (1) bore brush
  • 005324-25-010: One (1) chamber brush
  • 005324-25-011 through 005324-25-012: Two (2) rags
  • 005324-25-013: One (1) bottle of gun oil
  • 005324-25-014: One (1) package of swabs

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.

To Detective Samantha Murphy and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Samantha Murphy

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

University Arbors Apartments, 805 College Hill Apartment 2G, which is a two-bedroom apartment leased to and occupied by Richard Alonzo Gill; Chrysler minivan VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, registered to Richard Alonzo Gill;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

a firearm capable of discharging a .38 caliber projectile or similar calibers; ammunition of .38 or similar caliber; clothing, shoes, or other items of apparel containing blood spatter or stains; clothing, shoes, or other items of apparel contain gunshot residue or trace evidence thereof; keys or other items for entering the Robert Pruitt residence; any other items pertaining to the crime of murder;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before July 26, 2021 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
