  • From the layout the DVR and DVD player seem to be in a weird place, Have these been moved? Did there not find another shell casing?

  • Does the location of the gun indicate which hand Mr. Pruitt had it in? (Assuming he had it at all)

  • the DVD player, the gaming console and the DVR locations dont make any sense. Who puts a console next to a door with zero seating ?

  • Since they were no force entry, it would be smart to ask if Mr Pruitt has a licensed hand gun, and by now ballistics should have reports on the bullet used, but to my understanding this looks like a business deal gone wrong that's why they were in at the basement to talk things out

  • I'm just going to take a shot in the dark here as I have a theory of what could have happened and wonder what you guys think. Gary Rayburn, is involved and was present at the crime scene at the time of the murders, he 'recruited' a partner to steal valuables from Roberts Home.
Robert hears commotion in the basement and goes to investigate, sees Wayne Fisher in the process of stealing his possessions, at this time Mr Rayburn behind Mr Fisher, an argument ensues and upon seeing gary and a person he does not know in his home is startled and when Mr Fisher starts to advance towards him, panics and shoots him, Gary Rayburn thinking he is next shoots Mr Pruitt in the stomach causing him to drop the gun, but being shot in the stomach is not immediately fatal therefore Mr Rayburn may have struck Mr Pruitt in the face hitting him to the ground, then stamps on his stomach ensuring he stays down and flees the scene with the .38. As Mr Fisher does not have any GSR on his hands then the third person has to be the shooter. Just a Theory??
Losing the Bet to Mr Pruitt may have been the final straw for Mr Rayburn who my harbour feelings of distain and jealously towards Mr Pruitt as they are peers but Mr Pruitt is more 'well-off' than Mr Rayburn.

  • Good theroy Leanne Fourteen-Ten, very plausable. Losing the bet could be motive for murder, ( the final straw) . I also wonder if Gloria Bell has been influenceing Gary in doing something to Robbie so that she could become partners in the Attorny Business. Gloria Bell needs to be interviewed by Detectives for sure.

  • I too am wondering why only one gun and one shell casing but two gun shots! Curiouser and curiouser!

  • Here's what I got so far:

Three or more persons we're involved. The killer of Pruitt, the un-I.D.ed body, and Pruitt himself.

The way Pruitt is laying, it looks like a hit from the right side made him collapse.

We know Pruitt most likely shot the man, from his position relative to the body. If Pruitt had the gun, that means he heard the man before meeting him and came down prepared. We also know from his positioning that he either walked forward before shooting, suggesting peaceful attempts at conatact ( I.e. "I don't want to hurt you" etc.) Or he shot first, then went to check the body and got hit.

  • the dvr and the dvd player along with the chair closest to the bodies look out of place. if you look at the angle of the chair it isn't facing toward the tv like a normal living room is set up. I'm also wondering why there is only one casing when there are two bodies.
