I received the attached search warrant October 26, 2023, and have executed it as follows:

On October 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Shiloh Bates.

• 005299-111 through 005299-116: Six (6) embroidered bikini panties, red, found on coffee table
• 005299-117 through 005299-122: Six (6) embroidered balconette bras, red, found on coffee table
• 005299-123 through 005299-124: Two (2) embroidered teddies, red, found on coffee table
• 005299-125: One (1) black three-ring binder with college-ruled loose-leaf paper
  Contents:
  • 005299:125-01: One (1) sheet of college-ruled loose-leaf paper, found in the front of the notebook with handwritten labels reading "Name," "Address," "Lingerie Requested," "Payment Rec'd." and "Date Mailed" The remainder of the page is blank.
  • 005299-125-02: One hundred forty-nine sheets of college-ruled loose-leaf paper, blank
• 005299-126: One (1) college-ruled spiral notebook, black cover, 70 sheets
  Description: The first page is labeled "Hoyt's Set Up" and contains a handwritten list of video camera equipment, monitors, sound equipment, and security cameras. All other sheets are blank

Primary Bedroom

• 005299-127: One (1) 10.3-inch tablet device, S/N XXXXXXXXX
  • 005299-127-01: One (1) 3-inch x 3-inch sticky note with handwritten text
• 005299-128: One (1) pair of blued handcuffs, chain removed and replaced with a 30-inch speaker wire.
• 005299-129: One (1) pair of blued handcuffs, intact

Kitchen

• 005299-130: One (1) 5-foot wood tripod easel
• 005299-131: One (1) 24-inch speaker wire, stripped at each end, found draped over the easel
• 005299-132: One (1) 11-inch x 14-inch dry erase board, found on the easel
  Description: Handwritten text in black marker listing various sexual positions with corresponding camera positions, and a sketch of the inside of HoytBiffle'ss equipment shed labeled "Hoyt's Crap"
  • 005299-133-01: One (1) 3-inch x 3-inch sticky note with handwritten notes, found stuck to the dry erase board
• 005299-134 through 005299-135: Two (2) wood dowels, 1-inch x 36-inches, taped together with clear packaging tape, found on the floor underneath the easel
• 005299-136: One (1) instant camera snapshot, found taped on the refrigerator door
  Description: Wyatt Yancey, holding a photo of Hoyt Biffle, with his thumb raised and index finger extended, pointing at Biffle's temple
• 005299-137: One (1) instant camera snapshot, found taped on the refrigerator door
  Description: Shiloh Bates holding a photo of Hoyt Biffle, with her thumb raised and index finger extended, pointing at Biffle's temple

I swear that this inventory is a true and detailed account of the person or property taken by me on the warrant.

To Detective Paul Beckwith and any Authorized Officer of Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi.

Affidavit(s) having been made before me by Detective Paul Beckwith

who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

781 Shady Oaks Circle, Oxford, MS, which is a two-bedroom, two bath one-story apartment in a multiunit building leased to and occupied by Shiloh Bates and Wyatt Yancey;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

internal and external data storage devices; wooden rods or handles approximately 3.5 cm in diameter; 1.5 mm stainless steel cable; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Under Glass or its past or present participants; documents, digital files, photographs, or other materials bearing the name, street address, email address, or likeness of Hoyt Biffle;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before November 5, 2023 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
