I received the attached consent to search June 14, 2019 and have executed it as follows:
On June 14, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., I searched the person or premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant with Brenda Ledbetter.
INVENTORY OF PERSON OR PROPERTY TAKEN PURSUANT TO THE WARRANT
• 002757-07: One (1) laptop computer
• 002757-08: One (1) 6-inch chef's knife
• 002757-09: One (1) green coat with dark stains
• 002757-10: One (1) clear plastic tarp, 6' x 8'
• 002757-11 through 002757-12: Two (2) samples from area of garage floor that luminesced when treated with a latent bloodstain reagent
• 002757-13 through 002757-14: Two (2) samples from area of garage floor that did not luminesce when treated with a latent bloodstain reagent
• 002757-15 through 002757-16: Two (2) samples from unidentified spatter on garage ceiling that luminesced when treated with a latent bloodstain reagent
• 002757-17 through 002757-18: Two (2) samples from area garage ceiling that did not luminesce when treated with a latent bloodstain reagent

I, Brenda Elizabeth Ledbetter, having been informed of my constitutional right to refuse to give consent to a search, do hereby freely, voluntarily and without threats, pressure or coercion of any kind, authorize officers of the Yoknapatawpha County Sheriff's Department and individuals in their company to conduct a complete search of my daughter, Jasmine Ledbetter's bedroom, the common areas of my residence, my garage and my vehicle, including any containers of any kind located at 17 Van Buren Avenue, Oxford, Mississippi.

Common areas, bedroom of Jasmine Lynn Ledbetter, and garage at 17 Van Buren Avenue in Oxford, Mississippi, to include all storage areas within said common areas, bedroom, and garage such as closets, drawers, desks, shelving, file cabinets, bags, storage cabinets and so on, as well as any computers or other electronic devices and any other areas within said residence as YCSD officers deem necessary. A 2012 Honda Odyssey, white, (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) registered Brenda Ledbetter to include all storage areas within said vehicle.
