Warren and Ambrose were next-door neighbors and, some thought, kindred spirits. They both loved rules and order and proper behavior.

But then it all went wrong. One of them allegedly broke a rule, the other one called him on it, and it all ended when the police arrived in response to a 911 call and broke things up.
