Murder is Academic

Hello, Officer Visitor

Douglas Reed is one of the most well-liked unpopular victims we've ever seen.

People say he was smart, charming and witty. They also say he was opportunistic, treacherous and vindictive.

So was it love or hate that motivated someone to kill him?

Some of the people we've talked to so far either haven't told us the whole truth or have flat out lied. But why? What are they hiding?

Examine the evidence, and share your thoughts in the comments.

Coming up … we're going to keep talking to the people who knew Dr. Reed to try to find out who had the opportunity to kill him. We're also expecting the preliminary forensics report and more next week.
