Hello Visitor,

The celebrations after the Egg Bowl game had finally wound down, and everything was quiet again. And then someone shot the editor of the local paper in the middle of the night. Quiet over.

Detective Parker and I were called out to the Oxford Eagle where the security guard had reported shots fired. The first officer on the scene and the security guard soon found managing editor Monica Drum dead in her office.

We didn't find any signs of forced entry into the building, and Ernie, the security guard, said he hadn't seen anyone unusual that night.

There could've been a struggle in the victim's office, but Ernie said it always looked like that, so it's hard to tell.

In today's update, Crime Scene members can review the incident report and Monica Drum's biography.

All Crime Scene viewers can see how the Eagle reported the death of their leader.
