One (1) fired copper-jacketed bullet, recovered under window, rear wall

003972-B02

One (1) fired copper-jacketed bullet, recovered under desk chair

003972-B03

One (1) fired copper-jacketed bullet, recovered at autopsy: Monica Drum

Results: Examination of the above items shows these three bullets to be consistent with those used in a .38 Special caliber ammunition revolver, either .38 Special or 357 Magnum. All three appear to be consistent with being fired from the same weapon. The weapon is most likely to match one of the following manufacturers: Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Llama, Taurus

003972-B04

One (1) Smith & Wesson .45 caliber pistol registered to Melvin Roberts and recovered from Don Margolis, attorney for Roberts

Results: Ballistics firing tests conducted with firearm 003972-B04 resulted in exhibits 003972-B04-01 through 003972-B04-10. These fired copper-jacketed bullet exhibits were compared with Items 003972-B01, 003972-B02, and 003972-B03.

No individual identifying characteristics were found in pattern matching. Calibers were inconsistent.

Conclusion: The firearm 003972-B04 was not the weapon that fired evidence items: 003972-B01 through 003972-B03.
