YOKNAPATAWPHA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

Investigating Officer(s): Det. S. Murphy. Det. T. Armstrong
Incident No.: 002267-25I-2011
Case Description: Kimberly Pace Homicide

Investigators have prepared the following summary of results obtained thus far from forensic analysis of various items taken into evidence from the crime scene at 1592 Jackson Avenue by Yoknapatawpha County CSU technicians and from the body at the Yoknapatawpha County Coroner's Office by employees of the Yoknapatawpha County Coroner.

  • Analysis of content found:
    • Beef, texture consistent with ground beef
    • Plant matter
    • Hairs
    • Hairs were determined to be canine. That result plus the presence of non-human antibodies suggest the vomit was from a dog.
  • Toxicological tests found ~1250 mg of acetaminophen in the vomit

Debris from the wound (evidence received from the Yoknapatawpha County Coroner's Office)

  • Analysis of the debris found the following components:
    • Soil - includes components consistent with soil found in local area as well as components consistent with exogenous soil
    • Plant matter
    • Ammonium sulfate
    • Ammonium phosphate
    • Disulfoton
    • Iron (III) oxide

Dirt, wood dust and shavings found in Kimberly's house

  • Soil - includes components consistent with soil found in local area as well as components consistent with exogenous soil plus traces of plant matter and a high amount of diatom skeletons (See Figure 1).
  • Wood dust and shavings
    • Acer saccharinum (Silver Maple)
    • Celtis occidentalis (Hackberry)
    • Fagus grandifolia (American Beech)
    • Robinia pseudoacacia (Black Locust)
    • Quercus Alba (White Oak)
    • Quercus Rubra (Northern Red Oak)

Blood flakes found at the crime scene

  • Blood Type - O+
  • DNA Analysis - consistent with the blood of Kimberly Pace

The victim's clothing (evidence received from the Yoknapatawpha County Coroner's Office)

  • Blood found on the back of the victim's shirt
    • Blood Type - O+
    • DNA Analysis - consistent with the blood of Kimberly Pace
  • Trace evidence found on the back of the shirt and pants.
    • Dog hairs, black - consistent with the victim's pet Labrador
    • Human hairs, brown - consistent with the victim's hair
    • Wood dust and shavings
      • Acer saccharinum (Silver Maple)
      • Fagus grandifolia (American Beech)
      • Quercus Alba (White Oak)
      • Quercus Rubra (Northern Red Oak)
    • Soil - includes components consistent with soil found in local area as well as components consistent with exogenous soil plus traces of plant matter
    • Plant matter
    • Ammonium sulfate
    • Ammonium phosphate
    • Disulfoton
    • Iron (III) oxide
    • Paint chips, black
    • Small pieces of plastic consistent with plastic used in bags

Three (3) tire tracks

cast of tire track from crime scene

  • Tires have been identified as Deli Tires, size 80/4.00. (See Figure 2)
  • Tires are categorized as utility tires because of the unique grooved tread, which is distinct from a typical road tire that would have rain grooves running at angles to the treads.

Ok, This person poisoned Thoreau. I understand why Kimberly was so worried when Serena Falk saw her.

There is an evidence we should not forget and which would explain these analysis results:

Kimberly was in Arthur's shed, where she was wrapped up in black plastic bags before she was transported over to her premises in a wheelbarrow. The debris from the wound are from humus, fertilzer and insecticide substances. The weapon is something which had contact with the ground, plant matter, etc - e.g. a shovel. The dog was poisoned with medicine. The wood dust and shavings are from the basement floor, where the body was laid down. This points to one person: Arthur is our man.

Sorry for being somewhat imprecise in my wording. These were only my conclusions with regard to this new evidence, What I meant was obviously Kimberly had been in Arthur's shed, dead or alive. I presume the former. This just fits my theory very well, which I have discussed at length in the forum. Kim went over to Arthurs to confront him because of her dog. An argument ensued and Beck killed Kimberly. He then laid her in his shed, contemplating on what to do. Once he made up his mind, he and wrapped her up, to prevent evidence or being seen with a body and returned her to her home, etc.

Sorry. I think Arthur Beck was involved in the murder, but he is not the killer.

The killer is another person and i think Arthur Beck gave him "unintentionnally" a little help.

Three persons could have used iron oxide:

- Paul Evans
- Tammy Freeman (she is also an artist, a sculptor).
-Eventually, Miguel Ochoa ( he is a "fix-it" man. Maybe, he uses iron oxide within the framework of his work).

Ok, now, i think Tammy Freeman is the murderer. There are too much coincidences (she has a Lab bought to Jeremy Gladwell, Her mother was treated in Graceland Care Center like Kimberly's mother, her boyfriend is Kimberly Pace's acquaintance).
