I said she needed to be brought in for further questioning, not arrested!

Wow, that's some pretty damning evidence. I'm just thinking, what's the motive..... I'm thinking we should look at the HOA's books for the past few years.

Steven, you wrote in forums that Arbuckle had 11 oz missing from rubbing alcohol and 1 oz missing of moonshine. May I begin by saying great observation. I find it agreeable to think these two were mixed to make a 12 oz cocktail.

Julie's fingerprints are on the jar found in the Garrett residence. Julie gave that jar to Ambrose.
Here's the problem. There are 12 oz left of poisoned moonshine in Ambrose's jar. Julie could not have made 24 oz mixture of moonshine/Isopropyl according to her supplies. So what did she make up those 12 oz for? and where did it go?

I'm pretty sure that Julia did it. But at this point, I'm not sure she did it alone. Some very conflicting evidence. Accomplice or not, my money is on Julia Arbuckle for the actual poisoning.

I think that Ambrose was becoming more verbally abusive with his drinking and Delilah was afraid he was turning into her father. She asked Julie for her help. Julie said that when a friend asks you for help, you don't stop to question it. Delilah added the rubbing alcohol to the moonshine, knowing Ambrose would fill his flask before going to the meeting. Julie saw he was beginning to act strange so she had Jamie ask for an adjournment of the meeting. After the meeting, she hid in the bushes outside and waited for Warren to leave. Then she went back in. She took the flask out of Ambrose's jacket, got the water glass Warren was drinking out of, filled it, wiped the flask and put it back in the jacket and left.

Unless someone can come up with an alternate theory, this is mine: Delilah put some rubbing alcohol in the flask before she went to work knowing he would fill it up before he went to the meeting. Julie got nervous that the poison was working too quickly so she had Jamie ask for an adjournment. Then she hid in the bushes until Warren left. She went back in, got Warren's water glass he had used earlier and emptied the glass Ambrose used. She got the flask out of his jacket, pour the contents into the two glasses, wiped her prints off the flask and put it back. She may have been wearing gloves and that erased some of the prints on the glasses. When Delilah called her, she didn't drive to the center, even though it was dark. There was too much time between the time she got the call and the time of the 911 call. She even told the detectives that when a friend asks for help, you do it. You don't question if it's rational or logical.

Well,it's a difficult case. All of the participants are a bit weird.I am not totally convinced that Julie is the murderer. What's her motive? I think that Chester definitely saw something but what is it with that red substance? Warren was having some issues with Ambrose (the lawn, his pregnant daughter-by the way he is lying about believing Ambrose telling him that he wasn't the father. Come on, how can anyone believe him so easily?).Warren left and came again to meet with him and probably they drunk something, the fingerprints prove it.The weird thing, though,is the vanished fingerprints for Ambrose's flask.

Delilah could't see her husband becoming an alcoholic like her dad and maybe sneaked out of the hospital at her break and did something or did it with the help of her friend Julie or Patrick. For me,Warren is the closest suspect but I think that poisoning is a woman's thing so,from the women I would say that Delilah and Shannon have a motive, and probably Shannon's girlfriend.Does anyone else think that Erin has something bizzarre about the way she looks. Those eyes are creepy
