Mary Wallace gave the YCSD her raw notes from the March 11, 2018, Whitehall Homeowners' Association meeting. Mrs. Wallace uses her raw notes to create the official minutes for the HOA meetings.

Hmm, I kept expecting to read Shannon Bowers name in the notes, yet theres an Rowena Baker, not listed as one of the neighbors?

And Patrick Tyler, he was complaining two times, as Rowena Baker. But i think that they should not be suspects.

My point being, that there wasn't a Rowena Baker present according to the secretaries notes. So there must be some kind of mistake.

I don't like the comment of "the usual stuff... update this section later". It wasn't entirely the usual stuff. New business was introduced with the discussion of the web site.

The new website is the only order of businessas far as I can tell, that has a negative reaction and could be a possible motive. People have been killed for less.

Also, I feel like the fact that Rowena Baker's name is mentioned several times but, she's not listed as present in attendance, could be a lead to follow up on. Unless adding her name here was a mistake on crimescene.com part (I highly doubtful). If it is a mistake then it needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP!
