Case Description: Charles Tatum homicide investigation
A forensic sketch artist worked with witnesses from Mugshots to create a composite drawing of the woman seen with Detective Tatum at Mugshots on the night of April 12, 2023.
According to the various Mugshots witnesses' accounts, the woman is approximately 20-25 years old, 5'4" or 5'5", 110-115 pounds, Caucasian with brown hair and brown eyes.
Note: Investigators used composite sketching software to create the image.
