I have received your inquiry regarding our employee, Sharon Hathaway. At Cuthbert Transcription Services, our employees are paid per item, not per hour worked, therefore they do not have a set schedule. However, they must log in to our system in order to begin working. While we do not use these logs to determine reimbursement, this may help you determine at what times an employee was working.
Please also keep in mind that users are automatically logged out of the system after 20 minutes of inactivity if they do not log out manually.
