The Memphis Police Department uses "red light cameras" to identify traffic offenders at select intersections. YCSD investigators examined all traffic images from December 29, 2019.
The photo below was taken at the intersection of East Shelby Drive and Airways Road in Memphis at 6:39 p.m. The vehicle is a white 2012 Buick LaCrosse registered to Forrest Burgess.
