who has reason to believe that on the premises known as

439 Chandler Avenue, Oxford, MS, residential property shown by public record

as owned by Virginia Brooks, spouse of the decedent;

in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely

footwear with tread resembling footprint found in Wall Doxey Park approximately 20 yards due east from the decedent: footprint is approximately 9.9375 inches, corresponding to a male size 8 or female size 9 to 9.5, and shaped corresponding to a right shoe;

and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before March 11, 2011 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) If the person or property be found there seize same, leaving a copy of this warrant and receipt for the person or property taken and prepare a written inventory of the person or property seized and promptly return this warrant to US Judge or Magistrate,
