Shipping Options: You select US mail, FedEx or UPS with overnight, 2 day, 3 day or 5-7 day airmail.
International Shipping: We ship to most international locations. Get shipping rates after you add items to your shopping cart or at checkout.
Overnight Delivery via Fedex and UPS : Overnight and 2-3 day delivery are offered at checkout to the USA and most international locations. Rates vary depending on location.
Overnight Delivery on Saturday: Saturday UPS/Fedex delivery is not available. If this service is necessary, call us at 602-274-7280 to arrange shipping. This service is charged at a severely high rate by UPS/Fedex.
US Postal Service Shipping: US Orders arrive within 2-3 days when you select US Priority Mail with rates starting at $3.85 for orders under 1 pound. International orders arrive in under 7 days via Global Priority Airmail at rates starting at about $9 for orders under one pound.
To Determine Exact Shipping Costs: Select your items and checkout. After you enter your address you will be presented with accurate shipping rates.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we guarantee you'll love your DETECTIVE GOODS. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied and want to make a return or exchange, send back the unused product to the address below within 30 days of placing your order. Package your return carefully and optionally insure the return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Proof of purchase may be required. Shipping costs are not normally refundable. Membership refund information is available in our Terms of Service Agreement.
