      <title>Forensic Light Kit</title>
      <link>http://www.crimescene.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;products_id=992</link>
      <comments>http://www.crimescene.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_reviews&amp;products_id=992</comments>
<description>]]&gt;The Forensic Light Kit includes a light, orange goggles and carry case.
If you watch TV you&#039;ve seen the Personal Alternate Light in use. A 400nm  LED light provides lighting for locating body fluids and in crime scene fingerprint processing when using fluorescent powders.
Like other blue-light-emitting light sources used to visualize physical evidence and latent prints, it is necessary for the examiner to wear orange goggles which are included in the kit. Darken the room or area, shine the light at various surfaces where physical evidence might be found. Collect fluid and fiber evidence. Photograph fingerprint evidence with an orange filter on the camera lens.

<description>]]&gt;This bright Ultra-Violet LED Keychain is the latest in keychain light technology. This model produces bright UV light (or black-light) in a weather proof and robust design with a quick release key ring. Great for fun at nightclubs or as a UV source to quickly check for UV watermarks on most international currency, credit cards, etc. Sold to police, pubs and clubs around Australia to check the validity of driver&#039;s licenses which now have UV sensitive printing!
The UV LED Waterproof Key ring light has a quick-release hook for the key ring that can also be clipped to your pants belt buckle for ease of use when checking ID or currency. Besides being able to use these to check currency, driver&#039;s licenses and passports you can use it whenever you might need a light such as finding a keyhole or rummage inside your PC under your desk as it emits a purple light which is visible. Never be caught without a light in an emergency again.

Choose from a single UV keychain or case of 12 using the pull-down menu.

      <title>UV Light</title>
      <link>http://www.crimescene.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;products_id=70</link>
      <comments>http://www.crimescene.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_reviews&amp;products_id=70</comments>
<description>]]&gt;Use these UV (Ultraviolet) lights for close examination of the crime scene to reveal evidence not visible under normal lighting to the naked eye. Evidence can&#039;t hide from UV light. UV lights reveal hidden blood, fingerprints, fibers, and subcutaneous bruises on living and dead bodies.

Orange viewing goggles are sometimes used with UV lights to enhance the contrast of fluorescent fingerprint powder and to visualize fibers and body fluids. You can add orange goggles by selecting them from the pulldown menu beneath the product photo on this page.

This light is available in three wavelengths:

• Blue 400nm (21 LED)
• Standard
385nm (9 LED)
• Invisible 365nm (5 Nichia LED)
Choose the wavelength using the
pull-down menu. Most people will want the standard 385nm. The difference between the lights is the 365nm light has less visble light and more UV light than the 385nm light. The 400nm light has the least UV and most visible light. The 400nm light is useful for hunting scorpions and demonstrations of UV.

New product: We now have a forensic light which emits a blue beam that works very well with our orange goggles. If you watch TV you&#039;ve seen this personal alternate light in use. This forensic blue LED provides hands-free lighting for locating body
fluids and in crime scene fingerprint processing when using fluorescent
powders.  Details Here

<description>]]&gt;Use these goggles for eye protection and for viewing fluorescent fingerprint powder or other fluorescing evidence. These wraparound goggles fit over prescription glasses. Wraparounds provide personal protection from UV rays and allow both hands free for chemical processing, dusting with fluorescent powders or photographing latent prints.
Use the pulldown menu to select orange, red or yellow goggles. Most people want orange goggles. Many body fluids are more visible with orange goggles and a blue light.
These goggles work well with a blue light source.  We offer a blue light and goggle combination kit here.
