RelyOn Disinfectant Cleaner

 DuPont™ RelyOn™ Multi-Purpose Disinfectant Cleaner is a peroxygen-based powder or tablet, designed as a safe, cost-effective and more efficacious alternative to bleach. Ideal for disinfecting surfaces after exposure to bloodborne pathogens or body fluids, a 1% mixed solution (equivalent to a 10% bleach solution) is non-irritating to the eyes and skin, less corrosive to environmental surfaces and is efficacious against a wide range of human pathogens including Hepatitis A, B, and C, HIV, MRSA, VRE, Influenza, and Norovirus (Norwalk-like virus). The environmentally friendly solution won’t damage most hard, non-porous surfaces and has no special disposal requirements. Available packs of 10 or 50 tablets, the 5 gram tablets are sufficient to make 0.5 liters (16 oz.) of 1% solution. Once mixed, the solution has an estimated shelf-life of seven days and includes a special yellow dye that fades once the solution has lost its efficacy. Unused tablets have a shelf life of 2 years.
