Fracture Comparison

X-rays taken by the Baptist Memorial Hospital on April 20, 2000, of a broken femur were compared to the ante-mortem fracture of the right femur of the skeletal remains. In relation to size, shape and location on the bone, the fractures were identical. As well, an intermedullary nail was present in both cases.

Dental Comparison

Dental X-rays and records of the victim were provided to the crime lab by Dr. Mort Sugarman, DDS, of Oxford. Dr.Robert Lall , the state’s forensic odontologist, conclusively identified the remains as belonging to Jamie Washington.
