INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM

Effective immediately and until further notice, the residence of Charles Tatum at 107-B Combs Street is to be placed under 24-hour surveillance.

All media inquiries should be referred directly to the Sheriff. Only personnel authorized by the Sheriff or the District Attorney's Office will be allowed entry to the crime scene.

Any person or persons attempting to enter the crime scene who do not fit the above descriptions will be detained on site pending notification of the assigned detectives.

Under no circumstances will any member of this department speak to the media on any aspect of this case without the prior written approval of the Sheriff. Violation of this order will result in termination.
